We had two cars that needed body repair work done and Doug gave us a great quote for both and was honest and reliable. He was transparent, got our cars both in quickly, was communicative and stuck to the timeframe he told us.         Doug worked very hard to solve an impossible situation. Finding parts to fix my 2001 Honda Passport. It couldn't be done, but he kept me informed and I did feel totally supported throughout the process. An amazing and helpful person!
