      Thank you for sharing your experience, Stefan. Electronic funds transfers are governed by Regulation E. As a financial institution, U.S. Bank is required to respond to Reg. E claims within 10 business days of receiving notification from the customer. Claim investigations may longer. When an investigation has not been closed within 10 business days, provisional credit of the disputed amount is typically applied on the 11th business day. I hope that helps explain our process.
