        This place started strong, with great front desk staff at check in, and a nice large room that looked great. But then... The noise from the highway is an issue. It's a brand new motel so I don't know how they messed that up. Cheap windows I guess. Get an odd-numbered room so you're not facing the offramp. And they stop serving breakfast at 9am, not 10am like every other hotel I've ever been in. Obnoxious.

        We stayed here for 2 days while visiting the Joshua Tree National Park. It was an excellent stay. I've shared a photo of the mountain view from our room. A very convenient location with a Costco and Wal Mart close by. Our room was clean and very nice. The breakfast was the usual free breakfast that you can get at any hotel chain and nothing to write home about.
