        These people take over two months to return calls, not once, but four times they drag the process of working with them out forever. They are impossible to work with. I'm fed up with them. I've never had to deal with a more incompetent or lazy organization.

        Called SG Homecare in Thousand Palms on Saturday November 04 2024. Had nothing but rude customer service lady who was more intent on argument than customer care. I hung up and purchased the needed items myself, not wishing to do business with her.
