        Betsy was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, and just all around awesome. I came in expecting the worst for this tax season and came out with a much better result. She took her time to explain things and I learned so much. Even better though was coming out of the appointment feeling empowered and much more prepared for next year (and life in general)!

        I stopped in to see a tax rep 20 minutes before closing and the dr was locked. Thru the door I could see a male in his 30's and an elderly woman at the reception desk, so I knocked. They both ignored me, I knocked again and they looked at me while ignoring me again. How rude. I guess they have so much business they can afford to ignore customers during normal business hours.
