        I had a sudden water heater leak. I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing Castle Works and they were able to send someone out within an hour. Cory showed up within the promised time frame. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He inspected the issue and clearly explained my options and available packages to replace my existing water heater. He had a new one in truck and did a fantastic professional job hauling away my damaged heater and installing the new one along with upgrading me to code and installing other accessories for safety and longevity of the new heater. As promised, the water heater was up and running before he left. I was concerned about staying without hot water for couple days but thanks to Cory, the job was done same day. Ask for Cory and he deserves a promotion or raise. Brad did an excellent and professional job installing the new toilet and hauling the old one. Project was all done on the same day. Thank you Brad for being honest about your work and recommendations. Services: Toilet repair, Water heater installation, Faucet repair, Toilet installation, Faucet installation
