Smart Phone Repair

I cracked my iPhone 11 and it's been falling apart for a few years. I finally made some time to fix up my screen today. They took me in for a walk in. Finished in 20 minutes. For fixing my screen + new glass protector totaled 116$. Phone looks brand new again. Only downside is apple is annoying and won't get rid of a notice in my settings that I have a "not authorized by apple part" warning. But oh well

I used Smart Phone Repair (a booth) in the Oaks Mall in Newbury Park last week to install a phone screen protector for my new Samsung phone (S23+).  The price was $32 including tax.  I went back to Smart Phone Repair this week with my spouse's phone (Samsung S23+, the same exact phone) and was charged over $42 for the exact same screen protector.When I questioned the price after he installed the screen protector, his response was the screen protectors went up in price.  This was obviously a rip off and I would suggest people shop around for a better price and service.

Came in with a completely  shattered iphone. My flash on my camera was hanging on by a cord, it was bad. I went to The Fix in the same mall but they had awful customer service and they charged me WAY more than smart phone repair for the same problem last time i broke it. There, $200 for a back repair. Here, $95 for the same repair (which was honestly much worse this time around). The technician had it done in 1 hour and did not even ask for my passcode, something The Fix did which made me feel very uncomfortable. Professional and friendly the whole time. I will always come here in the future.

Sent out a request for quotes to get my iPhone SE's screen replaced and Zubair responded almost right away with a very reasonable and lower quote than anyone else. I dropped it off with him at the mall and he had it done in 20 min on the dot. Very professional, and excellent service I couldn't recommend more! Thanks again!

That charged me more than double for replacing the screen and battery for my I phone 12 pro max which was not even working for 1 month . When I went again to them and said I repaired my phone here and the battery and screen not working athey asked me to get receipt done how I found the credit card transaction they could locate the receipt even after that they found I was charged multiple times when I asked done discount as I was fooled last time. They said it was my fault that I paid more and they can charge ten time to and make advance which was not correct in business and no ethics and no ownership and no respect for customer
