Juan and his team are awesome! I was driving up the Camarillo grade and noticed my engine was overheating. The engine temp was hot and it started smoking. So I just happened to pull off on Wendy Dr. and into the gas station there. I was so fortunate that Ventura Tech Auto Clinic was there. Juan was extremely helpful and they started diagnosing the issue right away. Turns out I needed a new thermostat. I had my three kids and my mom with me and he had the car fixed within a couple of hours. His shop is also located next to several shops. This was convenient as it makes it easier to sit and wait for your car to be complete. I told Juan he saved us that day, his team was quick, and had us back on the road just in time to go get a cat from the shelter. I would highly recommend Juan and his team for any car repairs. He is awesome, fair price and I will be going back when I need repair work, even if I have to drive from Oxnard! Thank you JUAN and your TEAM!!!!

Ventura Tech Auto Clinic was one of the many shops I called to get a quote after the ridiculous, costly quote I received from the dealership. Juan is great with keeping you informed about the process. I decided to go with Juan to replace the head gasket kit because his price was relatively lower than other shops in the area. He took care of my car and got it up and running again as it should. I gave a 4 star instead of 5 because there could've been a better clarification on the upfront cost. Granted, I asked him to replace the timing chain set since they were already working in that area of the engine. I expected he would charge me $300 for the set, which is a relatively fair price, but he charged me $600. I ended up paying more due to extra parts and labor. If I knew what I would've ended up paying, I would have gone with a different mechanic. I am overall pleased with the work he and his team did. I have already recommended him for the quality of his work.

Juan at Ventura tech auto clinic always takes care of my cars. From oil changes to timing belts to clutch replacements, Juan and his guys do the best job. Fair prices and quick turn around. I recommend these mechanics to anybody with car needs!

They will be experienced mechanics but they left my car in a bad state after waiting about two months or more for the part they ordered and when I pick it up there is a wallet in my car, a box of food in the trunk, if they call that a mechanic, well wow and from pylon until they kept the sun covers of my car... until now I realize that they removed the ahire filter. And so that I don't know anything to do with the trouble they made me, I will never take them again or recommend them Don't even be careful with these people. This location is Newbury Park on Wendy Dr.
