Conejo Free Clinic

This feedback applies to the free dental clinic. Medical staff is cool. While I appreciate the free dental services at this clinic, I've noticed that both staff members, who are salaried, seem excessively rude. It's important that even in a free clinic, patients are treated with respect. Disappointment!

I do not agree. With the people who are in the reception area... they are not friendly. They are very sharp. .. I'm upset because I'm calling to make an appointment. For my son. And they give me the appointment for today, May 26. I arrive at the appointment. And they just tell me. That the appointment is cancelled. .. who canceled it?? They. They do not know. They can not. Be playing. With this type of work. They have to be more professional. My son missed school. And I lost my day of work. It's not fair. That for someone who doesn't do their job well. My son and I. Let's get hurt... there are a lot of people who do the same thing to them and no one has the courage to say something. We are Latinos and we deserve the same respect and value. Than any American too....

Had a great experience here back in 2018. Super veteran friendly! Thanks to everybody at the Conejo Free Clinic! You guys did an awesome job!

Very nice people, clean, Dr was a little rushed but was nice and did a fine job.
