My recent interaction with Dr. Sima Yaftali during an appointment left me feeling uneasy. Unlike my past experiences with other medical professionals, her demeanor came across as distant and lacking in empathy. Despite having a list of important health concerns to discuss, it appeared that she was preoccupied with the time constraints of the appointment. This gave me the impression that she was more concerned about scheduling multiple visits for billing purposes rather than focusing on addressing my immediate health needs. The frustration I felt eventually led me to leave the appointment prematurely. It's disheartening when a healthcare provider seems more focused on administrative aspects than the well-being of their patients. In situations like this, open communication and a patient-centered approach are essential to ensure a positive doctor-patient relationship.
