        Saw Dr Heivand for high Blood Pressure. Perhaps the most sensitive and caring Dr. Ive ever met with. Highly recommend.

        The nurse took me in right away. Dr. Heivand is approachable and easy to talk to. He spent good amount of time with me and I felt comfortable talking to him. I highly recommend Dr. Heivand and I will definitely visit him again.

        I have been seeing Dr Heivand for about a year and a half. He is thorough, kind, generous with his time and very attentive. My appointments have always run in time and the office staff and nurses are great.

        I love Dr Heivand. He is busy, but is always on time and if hes not available, UCLA always refers me to an in practice colleague if I urgently need to see a doctor. If you see the one star review, please see how that reviewer has a habit of giving bad reviews.

        This is where you become nothing other than an account number. Was diagnosed with Covid, called Dr. Heivand asking for suggestions before calling 911, sent emails and never got a respond back. After I was hospitalized my wife walked into the Thousand oaks office asking to see Dr. Heivand. She was told he just left and will call us. He never bothered to call me or my wife the entire time while I was hospitalized. Someone at the front desk called me 3 weeks later asking if I want to set up an appointment to see Dr. Heivand for a hospital follow up appointment. I guess all they are interested in is charging for a visit. You can get better care anywhere.

      Dr. Heivand earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology & Neurosciences and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UC San Diego. He earned his medical degree from St. George's University and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City where he was chosen to serve as a Chief Medical Resident. Dr. Heivand's priority is to keep his patients healthy by empowering them with the knowledge and means to prevent chronic illnesses.
