Kevin and his team are professional, competent and clean. They did a complex residential job for me, moving my furnace to the attic and relocating my compressor, all at a very fair price.  I am very happy with the new system. I have used other major providers in the Conejo Valley and Total Comfort is now my go-to HVAC provider.

Where is this guy???Will not answer phone calls, and will not follow up on work done.Incredibly unprofessional!!!!!!!!Unless this company is out of business - and that is the excuse... this is a disaster!!!!

We live in a brand new condo in malibu. The heater installed inside has the Total comfort systems sticker on it. They are probably the ones that installed it. Either way. When we called them because our heater did not work and we needed service. We never received a phone call back !!? We called again the next day and left another message and still no call back or response ?! Not very professional. We called another company. They called us back right away the same day within an hour, and came in fixed our problem. Took their sticker off and put their own on. Very unprofessional not to call customers back.
