        Great experience at East Oaks Dental Group. The office is clean. Dr. Kimberly Aiken is very professional, gentle, caring, and with a genuine concern for her patients oral health. Thank you, doctor. The staff was great, very welcoming and accommodating.

        Been coming to the Thousand Oaks office for well over 15+ years. Started with Dr. McDonough and now Kimberly Aiken. Dr. Aiken and most of her staff are great. HOWEVER - on my visit today they appear to have a new person at the front desk SARAH and her lack of compassion, understanding and callous approach with customers - falls well below the standard that the rest of the staff exhibits. In a word - she is rude. If it wasnt for SARAHthey would have scored 5 starsIMHO she needs a course in customer service
