I want to express my appreciation for Misha at the Thousand Oaks location in The Oaks mall. She was so sweet and helpful - she helped me remember and find a product I used years ago and could only remember the scent, not the name. She figured it out!! Shes great and Ill be back soon. Excellent experience!
