I would give them zero stars if that were possible. I signed up with them four months ago. I have left an untold number of voice messages on their voicemail because they don't have a human being to answer the phone. They have told me on two different occasions that they would waive the monthly charge. They not only have not waived it, but they've continued to charge me, and I've never even used them. I just got somebody from customer service on the phone. Get this she said she wasn't in customer service. I'm now on hold listening to that obnoxious music again for another 30 minutes, at which point it will tell me that somebody will get back to me, which they never will. RUN. I've been using merchant services for 32 years, I'm sorry but there and I've never had such an awful experience.

Absolutely horrible. I wish I could of given zero stars. Every time I'd call, it was a 20 minute process to try and get the "correct department" on the phone and then after finally getting a rep on the phone, they were awful and lied. There are tons of hidden fees! I have had terrible experience with this company and trust me, stay away.

The WORST!!! Stay away! Customer service is arrogant and inept. They are still "stealing" $$$ from my account after I canceled all accounts. My bank, (the largest in AMERICA) relayed to me that they have nothing but problems with this company.
