bad service, waiting Times regarding scheduling.

Had hip replacement surgery about a week ago. Professional and courteous staff. Very impressive business operation.The only complaint I have is that when the front desk asked me to sign forms, one of them was virtually blank. I don't want to sign blank forms (for obvious reasons).I mentioned that to the front desk person and she said "You have to sign them." There was enough info on the form that I did sign it, but don't ask your customers to sign blank forms. Overall, a great place.

What a wonderful office! Jennifer, Bill, Kim and David are the nicest group! I highly recommend if you want a great medical team!

My out-patient shoulder surgery went ok; was eventually sucessful -- after the anesthesiologist crushed my uvula during intubation.  Moreover, the Posada nursing staff put "PlasmaFlow anti-DVT Pneumatic Compression Devices (PCDs) on my legs.  They led me to believe the devices would be covered by my Medicare and supplemental insurance.  They aren't!  11 months (!) after the surgery I've been billed $98 for the PCDs by "Texas Artificial Limb Labs".  A non-informed, non-consentual rip-off!  Who at Posada is making money on these "accessories" that aren't covered by insurance?

Everyone is so nice and compassionate here; they take the time to explain every step and to provide comfort. Sunny especially helped make the pre-surgical time less scary for me, in the waiting room I started feeling very nervous (light headed) but as soon as Sunny took over her personable demeanor made me feel calm and less alone.
