        it is absolutely impossible to get ahold of them. I wanted to sell my shoes, but they said I had to make an appointment online. So I DMd them through Instagram and theyve left me on delivered for more than a day and I tried calling them and they never pick up. Worst business of all time. And their prices are absolutely terrible if you want shoes get them from the app goat.
