My business with this mortgage company has been a nightmare. House hunted for 5 months since they pre-approved me and my husband in September 2016 8 hard credit pulls. I didn't have a credit score, and instead they waited last minute when we were closing on a house to tell me that's the reason why we are not approved. I went to another mortgage company and the new person said they should of told me up front about the no credit score showing. The other company gave me the heads up when I first applied and even gave advice on how to established a credit score. I will never ever use them again. Big WASTE of TIME and MONEY!!!!!
