Being a first time home buyer I had A LOT of questions. Tim was always ready to answer them all. He never rushed me, was always polite, friendly, easy to talk to and when he didn't have an answer readily available he would find out for me. Tim and his team worked super fast and were able to close our escrow 1 week earlier, allowing our kids to start their new schools on time. No hiccups, no "lost paperwork", just a super smooth process for us. I would highly recommend Tim and his team, especially if you are a first time home buyer.

I just closed today on my 1st home with Timothy Delmundo. Words can not begin to describe my experience with him. When I came to him my deal was basically falling apart with another lender. Tim stepped in and ran with the ball. He pulled off my closing when I thought that it would never happen because of all my many obstacles. He's truly passionate about what he does.
