We just completed our refinance with Desiree Tyquinco at Dignified Home Loans. I am a return customer for a very good reason! Desiree did a fantastic job on our home loan and it was virtually seamless. With all mortgages there are always hiccups All of which were outside factors such as the county tax assessor she put out every fire swiftly with absolute professionalism! This would not have been successful without her hard work and the support of her team. I cannot express my gratitude loudly enough and would recommend her to all of my friends and family and I have done so!

Oh Man! Desire is top notch. Not only did she get us great rates on the 4 loans we have done through her but the few hurdles we did have she mitigated them with out us even feeling a thing. Shes better than a good nurse who gives the flu shot without you knowing it. Just kidding, you wont have any anxiety if you go with Desire.
