Eggplants Thai Cuisine

I usually dont like Thai flavors but this restuarant serves up a delicious melange of flavors that had my soul dancing! The Bangkok Rice has so much chicken in it that you never miss it in your bitesthe pad Thai noodles are a juicy dream chick full of flavor and the mixed veggie with beef my hubby barely shares with us! Kind of pricey but wellllllllll worth the money in delicious-ness. We never tried them and almost want to cry because we almost missed this Temecula jewel! So many restaurants around here never live up to their name but Eggplant Thai needs to change theirs to Transplant Thai because theyre obviously the best in Thai come to our neighborhood and the beautiful food they serve keeps us full and comatose

Best Thai food by far in the entire area. Fresh, quality meat, excellent flavor with non of the seasoning stems to pick out of the soups and curries.

IMO, this is the best Thai South East Asian food outside of Thailand and Cambodia. We live in San Diego and make the hour drive up just to eat here.
