Chelsea B. Dancewear

I originally ordered from this company in Aug 22. I order a top and bottom for my daughters solo in a royal blue.  The top was too small, so I emailed to exchange.  Come to find out because I chose the color it was custom so I was not able to exchange.  So I placed another order for a bigger top in Oct. We are now Feb 23 still no top. I have started emailing them in Dec asking when I was going to be getting my item since we were past the 9 weeks. I have emailed several times with responses of we will look into it and get back to you (never hear anything), your order will go out next week (again never got anything), this last time that my order would be shipped out.  Which as of now a label was made on Feb 7 and we are now on the 21st I have no tracking info on the package.  So I do not know it the item has even left California. We are 2 weeks from competition have bottoms and no top. Costume is beautiful but with this horrible customer service I will never order from them again. Good Luck if you do.

Do not order a custom order from Chelsea B! My order is now 4 weeks later than what they stated would be, was told twice was shipping out and still hasn't, charged for a costume I never received and now they wont respond to my emails.

I was build for my daughters dance costume by mistake. I paid it because I was not sure. My daughters studio confirmed it was a mistake and that I needed to be issued a refund. I have requested a refund several times since September!! It has now been four months and a refund still has not been issued. The studio has also reminded this company to issue a refund and they have not!! They are quick and early to take your money. I also know they didn't update their books because they emailed me trying to collect the remainder of the balance on the costumes two months after I had initiated the refund process!

This is the cutest dance shop in Southern California! We've been to the shop and have ordered several leos on several different occasions - both from the website and via Instagram - and the service was excellent. Both Chelsea and Carly (Chelsea's sister) are super sweet! And the leos are super cute!! In fact, they're even better in person because you can't tell how good the quality is from the photo. They use the best materials in the best colors and prints. We'll definitely be back for more. Thanks Chelsea B Dance!!

The dance wear in this place is amazing.. I wish I could purchase everything for my daughter. From the Leo to the two pieces they are all so nice. The colors and material wear well and also wash well. I never put in the drier.. don't pass up this wonderful store for dance wear you must go in and purchase..
