        My experience with Neighborhood Health is extremely positive. My provider Sharina Mapleton was very supportive and able to get me the referrals I needed to help me get back my health. DPM Ricardo Negron was very patient and his expertise was spot on. Kristelyn Wachner LAC brought me into the world of acupuncture, which I was pleasantly surprised to find that it does not hurt, and is working exceptionally well.

        I got pinworms from there. I'm reclusive and that was the only place I had been to for months and I make my own food so yeah. And then they took my blood but they didn't test it for CA 125 and now 5 years later I have ovarian cancer. If they had tested me for it back then I would have been able to fight it but not now. Horrible place!

        Dr Mapleton is a superb doctor. I had a 3pm appnt which was cxld without my knowledge. I'm paraplegic and hard for me to revisit another day. I wanted to speak with the supervisor. Erica Stanford site manager at neighborhood healthcare is horrible. Very bad attitude. She continuesly told me, there is no way the DR can see me. Erica even told me I have to pay cash out of pocket to see the DR same day. I have insurance, I called IEHP, they said that is illegal to ask to pay cash when I have insurance. Erica left the room without any solution. When Dr Mapleton heard this, she saw me right away. I'm very thankful for my Dr. I'm feeling much better because of Dr Mapleton care. Erica shouldn't continue at her job. She needs proper training how to handle situations and make clients happy. Also, she needs training to fix her attitude.
