    Last week I went into the Temecula location to change my cell service to Spectrum and to get a new phone. I didn't have great experience with my previous carrier and I am so happy that I made the change to Spectrum. I had the pleasure of meeting Jullet, who was great from the beginning. Her customer service was top notch. I am happy with my switch and hope everyone gets the pleasure of meeting Jullet as well.

    I was charged by spectrum Tv for 1 year when called they told me they removed it , so I was overseas . when I come back they still changed me $29.99. I call them again they were not removed it , so they have to put me on hold 45 minutes . when I was connected they give me 2 options remove it until few more minutes because it is cam together or we can charge more for internet so please be a aware this spectrum scam.

    Made an appointment today to get Spectrum mobile service and to trade in an old iPhone. We were greeted promptly and checked in easily. The store was getting busy, but because I made my appointment online yesterday we waited about five minutes for them to call my name. Manuel was our sales representative and he made it easy to transfer our mobile service from AT&T to Spectrum. Every step of the way, Manuel explained how he was getting my wifes new phone connected and transferred all of her data to the new phone. The setup was easy although it took about 20-30 minutes to update the operating system to the latest version on the new iPhone and another 10-15 minutes to transfer all of the files from the old phone. Manuel is very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He went above and beyond to make sure we were informed about each step of the process. He changed our cell phone service from AT&T easily and efficiently. Overall, our experience with the Temecula Spectrum Store was excellent. Well done and thank you Manuel!

    Went to turn in equipment at Temecula location because my grandmother died. Cassie seemed in a hurry to rush us out despite the store being almost empty and told us there was another modem outstanding after checking in the cable box and modem. She said we had to call customer service. I called and put them on speaker, but they said we had no equipment outstanding. Cassie refused to help us and instead walked back and forth to the back room with her starbucks cup and organize her pens while avoiding us. She gave the sarcastic "byeee" when we left the store. Not sure why they issued my grandma 2 modems, or how this rude lady has a job. If I treated people like that at work, i'd get fired. I think they rush you out so they can hang out at their chill indoor job. A kiosk would have been more helpful than her.
