        I dropped my truck off for service and was informed of some mandatory work needed according to GM. The service guys were super helpful and kept me in the loop nonstop. Despite it taking a while for GM to have parts available, Joel was calling me every few days to update me and make sure I was in the know. Because of Joel, this was this a great experience rather than a frustrating one. Thanks so much for all the clear communication and the explainations of the timeline.
