Charles represented me in 2011 for an employment issue where I was being mistreated. Fast forward to today, I am now am successful corporation owner. Today, I wrote in to ask Charles about a dispute over a consumer refund and he immediately wrote back with a recommendation which scored us a refund of $4K. All parties are now happy and the issue is resolved. Charles provided this information for FREE what kind of lawyer does that?! I reached out to Mr. Boylston's office for a consultation about a work related issue via their website. By the next day Amber called to reach out and take more information about my concern. She had set up a consultation with Mr. Boylston for the very next day. Mr. Boylston himself called me to go over my questions. He was polite, friendly and dare I even say honest. Lol. While ultimately I was advised that it would be best not to pursue any further. I truly did appreciate him taking the time to speak with me and go over all my options. Even more appreciated that he personally felt and honestly voiced that it would not be worth my time and effort to go any further. That's what I mean by honest, instead of trying to convince me of this or that and try to milk money out of me. We had a nice talk, a few good laughs, and I walked a way a little wiser than when I had gone into the conversation. He even advised me of some things I can look into on my own that would cost me nothing. While I personally was not able to see my problems taken any further, due to this customer service and short but amazing experience, I will definitely know who i will go to first should i ever have an issue like this again.
