I really wish I could choose negative stars!  I hired Drew to help with Alimony and Retirement.  Drew filed the wrong paper work with the courts 3 months after being hired. Once the error was caught and the correct paper work was filed. All that was needed now was to get a certified copy and send to my ex's employer to start the garnishment.  His office mailed the information to my ex's employer with the wrong SSN# on it. In the mean time I ordered the certified copy myself=, faxed it  to my ex's employer and it was my request that started the garnishment not my attorneys. If I had waited for them to correct another mistake it would have been another month of missed alimony. I also asked Drew about returning to my former name, he had no clue how to do it. I ended up researching it myself and giving him the information.  If you want and inexperienced law firm this is the place.  I even reached to a managing partner and was treated very poorly.

No one wants to look for a family law attorney, until they have to. I chose Wilkinson and Finkbeiner based off of other reviews on Google and also Yelp! My assigned attorney, Hannah Engholm, Associate Attorney, Caitlyn Thompson, and Paralegals Kylie Norman & Jacqueline Farnsworth, were all very professional and prompt with all actions and responses. The whole team was knowledgeable within their areas of expertise and were always available to answer my questions. This being my first experience with family court, they were able to help me understand all the legalese in plain English. Hannah in particular actively listened to my desires throughout the process, advised me of any hurdles or possible objections we might face and presented the opposing legal team with my settlement offer, adjusting it as necessary (upon proposing to me their counteroffer) to ensure that this matter was amicably settled for all parties involved. I highly recommend the team at Wilkinson & Finkbeiner and would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future.

The Wilkinson and Finkbeiner whole office is so attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm so lucky to of had Drew as my attorney. The whole process with child custody and support is extremely difficult. What started as a simple child support modification led to the opposing party trying to change custody which is the reason I never modified in the past. I was honestly too scared. Drew helped me know my rights to obtain information that should be legally provided to me. Drew was able to get the accurate numbers that were currently being exercised (opposing party was underpaying based on time share already). In the end, support was increased to a number that reflected his real income, and child custody remained as is. I don't think I could have gone through the process with another attorney or another firm. Drew is the perfect mix of a professional, knowledgeable and compassionate family law attorney.

I had the worst divorce in the world but having this firm, mainly Drew H. helped tremendously to navigate through the legal process. Drew went way out of his way, taking my late evening calls when I was on the verge of a breaking down. I could not recommended this firm enough times. They were very calm and supportive in their knowledge and the legal process. Drew is very detailed in nature, understands family law, which helped a lot in eliminating a lot future surprises from opposing side. I want to thank Drew and Wilkinson & Finkbeiner for all their support over the past 2 years. I honestly do not know how I would have done it without them and their knowledge!Thank you  DREW H for all your support and knowledge!!! If I could give 10 stars I would.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
