        Britni H. at NuFactor is outstanding. I have worked with her since 2016 and she is communicative, a quick problem solver, and very organized. She has helped me sort out insurance issues, nurse changes, and has gone above and beyond to respond to any and all questions I have. Particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, Britni was on top of my case, ensuring my infusions continued seamlessly. I cannot recommend working with Britni and NuFactor enough. (Please give her a raise so you can retain her at your company!)
