We've been with Mythos for awhile now, but these last few months have been sooo great. We've been dealing directly with Ashleigh and she is FANTASTIC. Her customer service is top notch, she is so friendly, INCREDIBLY organized and goes out of her way to help us out. I know if I ever need anything, tech related, I can reach out to her and she'll do everything in her power to help us out. Even with COVID-19, she contacted us and asked how they could help  out. All of the techs we work with are great and always help us get to the root of the problem. Ashleigh is the bomb!

We needed a new computer and asked for a quote on 2/5/20.  On 2/10/20 we had not received a quote so had to check back in with them.  Mythos basically said the Coronavirus is causing a delay with getting a computer for us.  On 2/20/20 I had to reach back out to Mythos to get an update for a quote, and they again basically blamed the Coronavirus for the delay.    After the 2/10/20 issue I realized we were likely going to be strung along again so I reached out to another IT Company.  Our new computer showed up on 2/19/20.  Another example of Mythos failing to communicate, and poor service.

The entire team at Mythos is wonderful! They are super knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly they are quick and efficient in solving my issues.
