Starbucks

This just happened 20mins ago. This is what my 8 dollar pink drink looks like after a tip. I even asked The barista if this was light ice, she said yes. The barista was a young blond.

This Starbucks has messed up my order several times now. Today I was eating my sandwich and it had mold!! I understand that they don't make the sandwiches there but if proper health procedure were followed they wouldnt have had this issue. I ate half the sandwich by the time I realized the mold! The other times I ordered in the past Im always missing items. Its not that hard to warm stuff up and put it in a bag. I hope the health department investigates because this ruined my day.

Went in to ask for water even though I already bought a coffee earlier they told me I had to pay for a cup of water, ridiculous I am already spending money there and pay extra for a CUP of WATER! Absolutley not!

Too much talking and not enough working... Maybe 5 people in the lobby and it took over 20 minutes for them to make 3 drinks. I was patient until they were standing around conversing about other things. C'mon man.....

Came in for a drink, water and a pup cup. The cashier was rude, I stop at starbucks every single day and it was the only time and first time ever that I was charged for a pupcup! Really????
