Horrible customer service. Made an appointment for a notary on Tuesday for the the following Friday (same week). Called to confirm the notary appoinment Friday morning, no record of the appointment. Banker stated they would call back to never did called 4 more times, spoke with antoher banker stated they would call back, never did. Went to another notary. I see why banking is being automated.

****Terrible costumer service**** I been trying since last March to get an appointment with the banker to open a saving a accounts for both of my kids, first I went online and make the appointment twice, every time they did cancel my appointment, so I did talk last Friday with the teller about this situation, so they finally gave me an appointment for today at 2:30pm with Fara, I was on time for my appointment I did wait 45 min, I don’t know why she gave me an appointment if she was not going to help me, this is just so ridiculous, just wasted my time for nothing

As restrictions are loosening all over the state this branch still only has 3 tellers working. Line wrapped around the block but this branch is acting like it's March 2020.
