Kristen was our agent for buying our condo in Incline Village in Tahoe. She helped navigate the local landscape, including bringing in her own family member to secure the heater and do other last minute fixes so that we could get through appraisal. She negotiated down the price to account for repairs and helped us close even when financing became dicey at the last minute.
