If it was possible to give this company negative stars. I would do so. As a contractor theyre a nightmare to deal with. I often turn down jobs if i have to go through liberty. They dont return phone calls and they are impossible to reach. Often times the value of the job isnt worth the hassle of dealing with liberty. Terrible company, they do have a few great employees and hard working Linemans. This made it difficult to leave a bad review, because its not their fault. Hopefully they get some new management and reviews like this help create a better system in the future. The best thing they can do is reach out to Truckee pud for advice. They have a terrific business model!

If I could give zero stars I would. Melissa is very hostile and aggressive. I spoke with her last week and today and she refused to let me speak to a manager and shouldn't be allowed to work directly with customers. She then hung up on me when I said I need to still pay my bill.

This company *fails* at communication. At all levels. Don't be surprised if you leave them a voicemail about something and suddenly, randomly, several days to weeks later, *without as much as call*, someone is walking around your property checking things out, putting stakes up and spray painting things. I wish I had a guard dog.

The customer service is worthless. Absolutely pathetic. If you live in South Lake Tahoe, youre better off getting a generator, period.
