    I booked for 3nights I am handycap and requested a lower floor room.when I called to confirm rude woman stated they can't accommodate handycap people I said I just can't climb stairs need lower level so rude she said no don't want your kind here, she doesn't know me nor have I ever stayed there so am filling a complaint with state regarding discrimination against handycap people am also contacting news media STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE hopefully i will get them shut down for discrimination

    Greeting was friendly Young lady gave us a good rate Wasnt sure what room would be like, but they were in great condition and very clean No breakfast however. I would stay again

    The rooms are clean and comfortable. The carpet was in good shape and looked clean. The 2 queen beds were firm but not too hard. There were 3 pillows on each bed. Very comfortable. There is a small microwave and a small refrigerator with a freezer on the top section. There was a small coffee machine. The coffee was decaffeinated. We haven't ask for more yet. They also had a full size ironing board and iron. There is a wall air conditioner...it worked great. The room cost $92 per night. Fair for here. There is a small pool. Seating around the pool. No pets. ***They need to add more security bars in the bathroom. The shower had only one bar. It was up by the shower head and the doo They really need to put one or two more security bars in the shower on the wall and one by the toilet. We are both 77 years old and using the shower & toilet were scary. We were concerned about there being no way to get up if we fell. ***They also need to replace their very old ice machine. It's not able to keep up with the demand. It had 3 or 4 cubes at 9:30 pm. The staff were all kind, trusting and concerned about our welfare. All in all we were very happy and comfortable staying here. We stayed Thursday night and are leaving Monday morning. Were are very comfortable with recommending that staying here is a good idea Nearby activities: There is a gasoline station across the street with a convenience store. We ate breakfast at the restaurant next to our Hotel. The food was good and the server was very good. Safety: We felt very safe here. It's a nice part of town. And there were no transients around. Walkability: There were several businesses very close around. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. Food & drinks: The restaurant next door was very good. They gave generous amounts of our meals. The service was good. Noteworthy details: I hope the hotel administration reads this and makes the needed improvements done before we come back in about 2 years.
