Bought a rail, custom 2 foot but was 1 inch short (not a huge deal). It looked great anyways, quick shipping but when my husband was opening the box, there was a little jar of ink that was not closed all the way that exploded all over my couch and left a black stain emailed them but have not gotten any response back. Upset that my couch is ruined.

Needed to secure an entry gate. Steel Impressions welded metal mesh to the inside of the door and matched the color of the frame. I got three quotes and they were by far the best price and most responsive. There was a minor miscommunication regarding being able to access the inside knob to remove which required an alteration. Miguel the owner was responsive and had it fixed within a couple of days at no additional charge. Highly recommend.

We recently bought a house with a split entry that had a Mid-Century railing going to the upper level but none going to the lower level. I sent Steel Impression a photo and dimensions of the existing railing, and they were able to make a railing to match for the stairs going to the lower level. We are soooo happy with our new beautiful railing. The turn around time, price, workmanship, customer service were all excellent. You can't go wrong with Steel Impression Inc.
