ARS/Rescue Rooter Plumbing Sewer Drains

I made an appointment last night for someone to come out and check my water heater's pilot light. The services listed in the Google profile and in the company's description include water heater repair, but I got a call this morning letting me know that ARS only replaces water heaters and does not do repairs. I wanted to post this review so anyone else looking for repairs knows that they do not do repairs despite what's listed in the profile.

YOUR Guys came out after drain to street clogged cleared it for $88 while another rooter company wanted to charge 1400$ for a jetting. Thanks ARS for being the last honest rooter in town. STEVE Service: Drain cleaning

Very pleased, my Mainline was backed up. Russell was amazing and didn't give up until the camera showed it needed to be replaced.Vince and Russell worked up a plan that worked for my situation with the help of Management. The work was completed within the day. I cannot say enough about Russell and Vince they were Professional and extremely helpful! So Grateful I found and used ARS RESCUE ROOTER. We had a water leak coming from inside the wall and ARS saved us! They came out and mapped out a plan to fix the leak and had it fixed within the week! Russell is an ALL STAR PLUMBER and does amazing work, Vince also did an amazing job at explaining what the process was going to be. I recommend saving this company for ALL of your plumbing needs!
