This was a traumatizing experience for myself and mother during her stay at MCClay. My mom was left in urine for hours and only bathed once in 2 week. Took hours to be attended to after calling for nurse, ended up with bed soars and infected abscess. Social Services (Maricella)never forwarded information needed for home care once released. The wrong or no medication was giving. She was on a dietetic diet and was given regular diet, which caused her sugar to elevate to 300 or 400. The list goes on. Please stay away from here.

Horrible place to work or even stay. I worked a shift at this strip club of a facility and they refused to pay me. I have to literally file a claim for a 8 hours shift but hey Ill end up receiving more than what they owed me. Im definitely taking this to a lawyer. There is never proper Etiquettefor the patients care. In a Noc shift the RN doesnt get in until around after midnight. And they just accept and allow this. She has no care for the patients she just cares to be a authoritative person her words please find care elsewhere and a company that will pay you for your services

Needed Maclay Healthcare Center badly, lots of problems. My daughter picked this perfect place for me for the which Im very grateful. Comfortable room; very efficient; knowledgeable experienced staff, fantastic care. Thanks Maclay Healthcare Center!

If I could give zero stars I would. My grandmother was placed here after she had surgery on her leg and was going to do therapy there. Worst mistake ever. They don't bathe them or feed them properly. We had to take her out and she smelled bad and she was saying that they wouldn't clean them till hours after. Night Shift nurses would play music and would be laughing so she couldn't get any rest. I feel bad for the people staying there. I'm glad my grandma is back home.
