Extremely unorganized and unprofessional visited them for a simple cleaning. first, I waited 10 minutes when I arrived and there was nobody at the front desk. 2nd, they gave me paperwork to sign AFTER they took X-ray (I could have been pregnant or have a disease). 3rd, there was no cover on the patient bed and it looked disgusting. 4th, they didnt do the cleaning! After they took X-ray they told me their billing people arent there and they have to reschedule for the cleaning! Seriously?! I drove 12 miles to get there, they ruined me whole day and after I spent 40 minutes at their office they just realized they cant get it done!!! Save your time and stay away from this place.

Don't waste your time and money I started going here like 8 yrs ago or so at the beginning was a good experience and loved it but then customer service and providers went down the drain got told I had a huge balance for my sons braces not once did I get a statement by mail nor a call receptionist stated they were behind in billing so my son went to get his braces removed since we refuse to be serviced by them and the dentist refused to remove them but stated they would change the bands ?? So unethical the patient has the right to refuse service and by law the dentist that placed the braces has to remove them but they refused stating we owed money ??? So unethical

Don't waste your time. This place is the most unprofessional office. I've had 3.. yes 3 whole appointments that I've show up to and the office was closed. No call to cancel, no warning, nothing. Nobody knows what's going on and nobody can answer why this has happened. This office does not deserve anyone's business. Complete waste of time as if the world revolves around them. Again do not waste your time

I don't  recommend this place, very bad costumer service and a lot to complain about , I like to write a long comment but I think is not worth it but at the same time I think I have to say it ,don't trust to that people,ask for receipts,Don't sign anything without reviewing it first because  they charge me for same thing that I pay cash before , and I spend 2 months trying to get my money back and they return that to credit card the (one they offered) be carful with that to , and at the end they don't return the exact amount they keep 40 dls and not even explain why ,that's only one thing, so like I say I don't recommend this place....

This place sucks! The Dentist did a poor job on a fill per another dentist. The new dentist told me they could have done a better job of making the fill solid. Instead she the (Dentist) did the fill flimsy so that I forcefully have to go the more expensive route. Wow! Here I thought she was doing everything to help me out instead they wanted to help their Pocket book out. The lady at the desk that does all the appointments came in to the room, closed me on some numbers stating this is my payment for the job being done. When they we're done they tried to do the old bate n switch on the payment, when I asked the lady why the payment went up she had no answers. People!!! Be careful going to these dentist. Go to a family members dentist as opposed to going to some random place where all they want is you're money. They could care less if you're broke , struggling, all they want to do is charge you're insurance for Ex rays! They we're pushing soooooo hard to make me take some. Even thought the job really didn't require it. F this place!!!
