JR's Barber Shop

So after getting ignored at another shop, I found this one and saw that they walk-ins welcomed that was not the case when I drove over, walked in and asked if they could take me. One of the guys there was just slouched on the chair and two other ones were cutting hair. The older guy asked the guy slouched on the chair if he had time, the guy just barely looked at me and said no then the older guy just turned and told me not today and continued to work. They didnt even live up to their claim of walk-ins welcomed. They need to do better or remove those false adherents of walk-ins welcomed if theyre going to only serve certain people.
