We moved out March 2022. Never heard anything from them. A year later sent me to collections without giving me any notice. We are always on time in paying our monthly rent. It was $267 dollars for cleaning fee after we moved out. But not once did I get a notification from them. Do I have a problem paying the cleaning fee? No! Did they notify me? No! Do they have my forwarding address? Yes! Do they have my phone number! Yes! My husband even went multiple times to the office trying to retrieve an important mail that was still sent to our old unit. Did they tell him about the cleaning fee that we owe? NO!!!! We asked about deposit and they said it was used for cleaning fee. So ok. Then still didnt mention anything about additional fees. Very poor management!!! You cant even call cause no one picks up their phone calls. Theyre going to ruin your credit without notice. Thats illegal! You have to give people notice before sending them to collections!

My credit was greatly affected. I so happened to check my credit on credit karma and it went down 79 points. It would be nice if I was notified about the bill that I owe. I WAS NOT INFORMED OF ANY MOVE OUT CHARGES.. If I was told I needed to pay anything, I wouldve settled it. I take pride in protecting my credit as well as making all my payments on time.

If you are ever on the 210 or Balboa Blvd trying to get home on a Friday, and still have two hours to go, then stop by and join the Rockwood Family we have a place for you to raise your kids in a safe place. So make a appointment with the office, and tell them Uncle West convinced you to come in. You will be glad you did..

Miguel, April & the entire staff/Managemnt are so cool & helpful. We moved in this March & couldnt be happier with the location, cleanliness and overall experience. Very grateful to have a team like this on site, our experience has been amazing
