        IT IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE AND UNSAFE, THE OWNER DOES NOT PAY FOR WATER OR DRAINS TO THE CITY; THEY CHARGE EVERYTHING TO THE TENANT'S ACCOUNT. IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY SECURITY THAT'S WHY ALMOST ALL OF US HAVE FOUND THE NEED TO BUY OUR OWN CAMERAS. IT DOES NOT HAVE PARKING FOR VISITORS. AT NIGHT ANYONE ENTER THE HOUSING COMPLEX AND NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE, IN SOME APARTMENTS YOU SEE A LOT OF PEOPLE AND THE OFFICE WELL THANK YOU!
