Dr. Reis and Upcoming Dr. Tanner are the Batman and Robin of medicine. Like visiting family for visits. Love the laughs and concern, during a time I'm stressed out. They always give the respect of not just patient but as a human being. I love this place. Best treatment ever.

If you can get to Reno please do. This hospital has a long way to go before I ever trust them with my family or my own life. The older staff that are grandfathered in are racist and uneducated. The billing department has made so many mistakes it has caused my family and I finacial debt due to their error and they refuse to resolve the issues that they repeat. I've seen them target minorities especially in OB.

Dr coming and going, they never stay. I had recently moved and tried to transfer RX . My dr.had retired and they have no new dr yet so they can't write new RX . In 5 years they had changed caregivers 4 times!! I don't understand why they cannot even write new prescriptions .. How are they in business still?

Dr. Frisk is a great Doctor, its the coordination between offices, services, pharmacies and labs that makes being a patient there so frustratingly HARD! I just called in to get my heart meds refilled and the office told me that I need an annual exam before they can fill it,, in two weeks. I explained that they typically give me a Rx to get me to the appointment date. The office woman said that it would be at their discretion to do so or not. I explained that stopping the meds for an electrical impulse condition could kill me. Her reply was that she would pass it on, in a less than caring voice and manner.

I was the first patient of the day and my Dr was late over an hour arriving for my appointment. I should have left then with that red flag. He did my surgery and it was unsuccessful. Now I need another but won't be going back here. No consideration, they don't explain procedures or give you any advice for recovery before hand. Your pretty much going in blind if you rely on these people.
