        They were knowledgable, and got my issues handled very quickly.

        Still didn't get paid and the 3rd was payday and still nothing

        They never answer their phones or get back to you. Never know who my case worker is because its constantly changing. Whenever I have to submit a SAR 7, which I have always submitted on time, I get a letter saying it wasnt received so I lose my benefits for a week or more until I harass them enough that they finally fix it. The receptionist are always kind but theres only so much they can help me with, however theyre the only ones Im ever able to actually get in contact with.
