Horrible service. It's been 9 months because of their mistake it's is taking longer. Took us too many trips to the office. The guy does not answer the phone nor reply. We are so sorry for doing taxes at this place. El servicio es sper malo. No son serios con su trabajo. No s merece ni una estrella.

I did my taxes at this place and had a terrible experience. The lady who assisted me at all times told her husband, who is also a tax preparer, that she did not want to do my W2 taxes in front of me . In the end I ended up paying a high amount all because the lady did them reluctantly and poorly, but I found another place that fixed what she did wrong. So if you want to save money and bad times, don't go to this place I did my taxes in this place and had a terrible experience. The lady who attended me at all times told her husband that he is also a tax preparer that he didn't want to do my W2 taxes in front of me . In the end I went out paying a high amount all because the lady did them reluctantly and badly done, but I found another place to fix what she did wrong. So if you want to save money and bad times, don't go to this place
