Horrible customer service from employee Vivian.I was calling to make a change to my insurance and she just started saying hello I need you name you cant just call me and start telling me what you want without even saying who Im talking to she was beyond rude to me over the phone.Youre office definitely needs PROFESSIONAL people working there.Not just someone that obviously has no training whatsoever in customer service I been a customer for over three years this is unacceptable.If I could of given 0 starts I would of done so.Its very unpleasant how people are being mistreated over the phone from your company

My experience is with their Tax (lack of) Services. Zero star. Terrible terrible experience. Once they get your $$$ then do not return your calls, do not answer your emails, and completely ignore your questions. Zero help, zero care.
