The worst customer service ever (nice people, but no help) and I never write reviews BTW. I have wasted too much time with DrChrono mainly with duplicate records--which today I almost through my laptop against a wall in pure frustration with this F#@#ing B(*&^*it

My name is Joshua Crampton & I regret to have to leave this negative review of Dr. Chrono ie; Riley Klien & Adaeze. Both are onboarding specialist with Dr. Chrono. We signed up for Dr. Chrono over 4 months ago. We agreed to pay over $260/month per doctor. They successfully(barely) got our first doctor onboarded. However, our second 2 doctors took over 2 months to get set up and onboarded and STILL those doctors accounts are NOT set up or READY. Yet they keep trying to bill us for the additional 2 doctors which are not profitable for us because they never finished the doctoral set up. They were supposed to upload all of our products, medications, services along with pricing and to my understanding that is NOT done. We cannot even use the program to bill patients because of this. We are having to utilize quickbooks and manually bill patients and keep records with spreadsheets because Dr. Chrono does not actually work. Our onboarding specialist Adaeze has actually gotten upset at us, and showed frustration to me and my team and even responded in a rude "a matter of factly" manor to me in emails CC'ing my team trying to embarrass me. That was silly. Riley refused to answer his phone and is ALWAYS traveling. NONE of the 1-800 numbers work on their website footer, the 800 number in the Google Maps listing is fraudulent and does not work. The number in the footer of their website to TEXT them doesn't work. After you sign up and they take your money. There is NO support. Our onboarding specialist apparently on her own accord passed us off to some other person who never even called to introduce themselves. She said in the email she was passing our account to another associate and told us his name. But did NOT even put contact information for that person. I think this company is going out of business and the few staff members left are trying to save the sinking ship and they haven't been legally shut down yet or Filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy so they are still trying to take peoples funds until they are shut down. Dont buy, dont call, dont trust. They will take your money, get you to invest your entire company, team and resources into the program. Then they disappear the the software barely even works to be honest.
