Deskworks

I operate a small chain of coworking centers and I use Satellite Deskworks as my primary technology tool. They manage my wifi network and provide a powerful yet simple-to-use application for managing members, reservations and billing. They are also space operators so they understand what we do. they provide terrific support and I think of them as an invaluable partner. Affordable too. They've got it all.

Everyone at the company is so supportive and helpful. We got a lot more than just software! Deskworks is remarkably intuitive. Its very easy for us to use, and our members can do so much for themselves that our job has become even easier!

Our coworking space has been using Satellite Deskworks for 3 years now, and we love it. It has a user friendly design that makes the day-to-day actions (such as booking desks or meeting rooms, invoicing, or setting up a new membership) easy. Occasionally we run into a problem or have a question about setting something new up, and Logan is always quick to help with a friendly, thorough walk-through or explanation. There are a couple of things we wish the platform could do, but it's never been big enough to be make-or-break. Plus, the team at Satellite Deskworks is always working on improvements and new features. We're very happy with our Satellite Deskworks experience and recommend it to any coworking space looking for a good all-in-one platform to handle their bookings, invoicing, and member sign-ups.
