        Ordered my glasses from here it took two months to get my glasses back with my prescription. When I finally get my glasses back they have no case. This would of been fine but ZERO customer service. She act like she didnt even recognize me as a customer. They could learn a few things about customer service. I will not recommend coming here for glasses . I wont be going here anymore.

      We're very sorry your glasses took 2 months. Your insurance company requires us to process your order through the government lab which we have no control over. Our lab takes only a couple of days. What we had control over was processing your order on the same day you came in and call you the same day the glasses came back. This insurance doesn't provide or pay for a case, but we have been providing cases for free. Currently our cases are on back order, so we are out of them. You and other patients were informed to come back in a couple of weeks to pick up cases once they are in.The doctor is sorry she didn't recognize you as a customer. You're right , seeing thirty customers a days, most with mask on, is no excuse to not recognize you as a customer. She and our staff will try harder. Also please understand we have a hard time recognize our long term customers too at this time.
