horrible service, they don't answer the phone, ever! It rolls over and finally disconnects. Absurd.

I went to Dr. Jason Wong's office of optometry on 01/07/2024 in the Costco at Sunnyvale, 150 Lawrence Station Rd, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. I made an appointment to have a vision test for contact lenses, and I also added the dilation service later when I came to his office at 2:30pm. When doing the dilation, Dr. Jason Wong put some eye drops into both my eyes which were extremely irritating and made me tear so much. He told me to roll my eye balls to the direction he instructed after he put the eye drops, but because my eyes were hurt so much, I stopped for a while and didn't move my eye balls because I couldn't as at that time I was still tearing. However, Dr. Jason Wong was extremely rude in this process, and he told me to continue to move my eye balls and don't stop WITHOUT even asking my well- being, as he said it was normal for my eyes to feel irritated in this process. Basically he gave me an impression that he just wanted to rush through the process because he had so many other patients waiting outsidd the office, and even though my eyes stopped feeling irritated after one day, I was still disappointed by Dr. Jason Wong's unprofessional and uncaring attitude during the whole visit, as eyes are very sensitive parts of human body and every doctor should be extra careful when checking patients' eyes because every small problem can cause BIG TROUBLE. Although the prices are cheap, the wait time makes this extremely frustrating. I was here to pick up a pair of glasses that were ordered beforehand, and I had to wait for over an hour before I was served. I even asked if I could just grab the frames and go, but the lady working at the counter rudely dismissed me. Theres no reason why picking up should take more time than getting an eye exam. Save your time and go literally anywhere else.

The doctor explains well but their glasses section has some very rude people who are not at all friendly and unapproachable. I dont recommend to go there for glasses at all.

DO NOT GO TO THIS VISION CENTER!!! Worst trained employees, 30 min wait on average to get served, save your time and a headache and go to another Costco vision center
