        After 3 other techs/companies couldnt diagnose/fix 2 heat pump units over a 2 month period, Carlos finally fixed both in one afternoon. One, the unit (circuit) board was bad and he happened to have a replacement. Two, the original installers did a crappy job and left the drain hose too short, leading to leaks. Carlos fabricated a custom elbow connector to bridge the gap. Carlos explained clearly and was easy to work with. Now the units both cool and heat well. Super happy!!

        I was really impressed with Balcom Heating and Air. Our heater broke right in the middle of a cold snap. They came out quickly and were able to diagnose that the circuit board was malfunctioning. They ordered and installed a new board in less than 24 hours and we have heat again!
